Our position
Get IPTV UK resells access to streams operated by others. We store, record and broadcast nothing; what those operators carry is their decision, not ours.
Rights holders, or agents acting for them, may send a notice about material reachable through the service and will get a reply.
What a valid notice must include
We can act on a notice only when it contains all of these:
- Your name, a postal address, and an email address or telephone number.
- The work you believe has been infringed.
- The material in question, described clearly enough to be found.
- A statement in good faith that the use is not permitted by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you hold the rights, or act with the holder's authority.
- A signature, handwritten or electronic.
Where to send it
Send it to Get IPTV UK at 126 Weston St, London SE1 4XE, United Kingdom, or use the contact page. If anything is missing, the notice is returned to you to complete first.
What happens next
A complete notice is passed to the operator running the stream, and we block access on our side where we can. The material is not on our servers, so the operator carries out the removal.
Counter-notice
If a removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice: your contact details, what the material was, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it should not have been taken down.
Repeat complaints
Repeated valid complaints against one account close it.
