Who we are
Get IPTV UK, at 126 Weston St, London SE1 4XE, United Kingdom, runs getiptvuk.org, and this policy applies to every subscription sold through it.
What we keep
- The WhatsApp number you message from, plus a name if you choose to give one.
- The plan you bought and the dates it runs between.
- Visit counts from Google Analytics, with nobody identified.
Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us. We keep no record of what you watch.
Why we keep it
- To open the subscription and send the login.
- To answer questions and put things right when needed.
- To remind you before the plan ends, if you asked for a reminder.
- To see which pages get read, so the site gets better.
Who else sees it
Nobody, for marketing purposes. Your details go to the web host, to Google Analytics and to the panel that issues your login, and nowhere else.
How long
Order records stay while the plan runs and for a reasonable period after, for renewals and refunds. Analytics data is anonymous and ages out by itself.
Your rights
See what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, all with one WhatsApp message. UK GDPR gives you those rights and this policy takes none of them away.
Cookies
Analytics cookies only, to count visits. They do not identify you, and the site works with them blocked.
