Any time in the 60 days after you pay, one message gets the whole amount returned. No reason needed, no form.
How to ask
Send the word refund and the username on the account over WhatsApp. We find the order and the refund goes through straight away.
Ask for a refundRefunds we send without being asked
If any of these happen, the money is returned without you asking:
- The login arrived later than we promised.
- One order was charged twice.
- A payment needed confirming and a week went by with no reply.
- Less than the full amount arrived and the difference went unpaid for a week.
When a refund does not apply
- Sixty days have passed since the purchase.
How long it takes
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually the same day. Your bank decides when it shows on the statement, normally within two to five working days.
Paid with a prepaid method? A prepaid voucher cannot be refunded to, so give us a PayPal or Skrill address and the money goes there instead.
