Find the MAC in MYTV Online
- 1.Open MYTV Online 2 or MYTV Online 3 from the home screen. If it is missing, the Market Store on the box has it.
- 2.The first screen shows a MAC address. MYTV Online 2 starts it 00:1E:B8; MYTV Online 3 starts it 00:1A:79.
- 3.Send that MAC to us on WhatsApp with the word Formuler.
One thing to know. If we ask for the MAC with a different prefix, that is normal: some portals list the box under the 00:1A:79 form of the same address.
Add the portal
- 1.In MYTV Online, open the Menu, then Connections, then Add Portal.
- 2.Give it a name and paste the portal address from our reply.
- 3.Press Connect. The channel list and the guide load by themselves.
If the list stays empty
Check the address for a missing http:// or port number, then restart the box once. If it is still blank, send us a photo of the Connections screen and we sort it in the chat.
